THE REPRESENTATIVES OF MORDOVIA DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION AND THE MINISTRY OF ECONOMICS OF THE REPUBLIC OF MORDOVIA SPOKE ON THE REFRESHER COURSES FOR PUBLIC SURVANTS
December 19 the representatives of Mordovia Development Corporation and the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Mordovia held a training seminar for state and municipal officials in Mordovia State University. During the seminar there were discussed such issues as the National rating of investment climate in Russian Regions and the implementation of municipal investment standard as well as the essentials of legal and regulatory framework of public-private partnership on the federal and regional level and the successful experience of the implementation of PPP projects in Russia.
Evgeniy Uchkin, the executive director of Mordovia Development Corporation, spoke about the participation of the Republic in the National rating of investment climate in Russian Regions and the necessity of implementation of Municipal Standard.
